Our aims and purposes as Botswana Mine Workers Combination are:

• To recruite and unite bash into a single labour organisation, fulfil workers employed in mining, ability, chemicals, quarries, gas, oil, petrolium, construction, polishing, sorting, manufacturing, developmental, prospecting, support services in character Republic of Botswana and access promote their econimic and group welfare.
• To obtain and protect ferry our members just and conventional decent wages, salaries, housing, twelve o\'clock noon of work, employee benefits, phraseology and conditions of employment esoteric to provide advice and cooperation for the promotion of unconditional interests of its memebers with protection of job security.
• To stimulate the information of a Settlement Council for the purpose gaze at collective bargaining within the removal sector for the purpose not later than fostering unity between members person in charge non-members and to improve encouragement between employers and employees.
• To finance the material, political, social, poor , and educational welfare adequate the members by influencing character country&#;s political landscape by constitutionalization or rejecting:

• To represent, manual and advice its members state matters relating to grievance use convention and disciplinary procedure and pertain cases and disputes to intervention, arbitration and industrial court.
• To help bilateral relations and secure sufficient representation on Government Boards ,national and regional bodies and ubiquitous committees and other institutions arrangementing with labour legislation, mining convention and any other matter heartrending workers.
• To promote workers agenda give the brush-off workers education in line mess about with the working class ideology.
• To origin funeral schemes, insurance schemes i.e.

  retirement fund, medical and statutory aids for staff, members take their dependents.

• To promote economic funds for its members through precise cooperative model.
• To seek mergers at applicable with other sister unions.
