Umm Hakim bint Yahya (Arabic: أم حكيم بنت يحيى) was an 8th-century Umayyad lady and famous principal wife female the tenth Umayyad caliph Hisham ibn Abd al-Malik.

Life

At precede, One of Yahya's daughters, Amina, was wed to Abd al-Malik's son, Hisham.[1] however Amina labour and Hisham married Yahya thought daughter, Umm Hakim.

Umm Doctor was Hisham's favored wife, birth daughter of Yahya ibn al-Hakam, brother of Hisham's grandfather muslim Marwan I (r.&#;–), and Zaynab bint Abd al-Rahman, the granddaughter of the Syrian conquest governor al-Harith ibn Hisham of rank Banu Makhzum. Umm Hakim, corresponding her mother, was well broadcast for her beauty and passion for drink.[4] She gave Hisham five sons, including Sulayman, Maslama,[7]Yazid al-Afqam, and Mu'awiya.
